Who are we?

Welcome to Brooklands Guest House in the Lake District, a traditional Lakeland home built in local stone. For over two decades, Karen and Andy have been running this family-run guest house, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

We take pride in our cheerfully furnished bedrooms, with doubles, families, twin, and king rooms available, all equipped with central heating, hospitality trays, freeview TV, and en-suite facilities. Brooklands Guest House is set in a rural location on the outskirts of Bowness Village, just a short stroll from Lake Windermere. With fine views over the fells of the Lake District National Park and Windermere Lake itself, our location provides the perfect base to explore the stunning surroundings. We offer private off-road parking, so you can leave your car behind and enjoy a peaceful break.
